My approach

Keep in mind that depression manifests itself differently in each individual, and an initial assessment with me could be helpful in determining if you fit the criteria.

I take a multi-faceted and unique approach to depression treatment and seek to help you find ways to healing and wholeness. In addition to processing life events and relationships, the crucial work of challenging patterns, beliefs, and thought processes that are distressing and replacing them with a more open and mindful perspective helps individuals find relief from depression.

In certain situations, medication management is helpful and needed. In these cases, I will work in conjunction with your psychiatrist or medical doctor and/or recommend one to assure the most comprehensive and consistent care is offered.
