Meet Meg

Spirit-centric licensed psychotherapist, coach, speaker, and minister to sacred seekers.

Lover of a good historical fiction novel; walks with friends; fancy date night dinners out; sparkles; snuggles with all 3 kids at once; dance parties in the kitchen; and helping family, friends, and clients awaken to daily meaningful moments.

For more than a decade, Meg has professionally been helping people see the truth about who they are. She’s guided hundreds to find more peace, an abundance of ease and healing, awareness of everyday woo woo, and oh-so-much meaning.

mission statement

Meg’s goal is to guide individuals in letting go of what no longer serves them and embracing their unique Divine power and purpose.

All while laughing, crying, dancing, inhaling, exhaling, resting, wrestling, loving, touching, being touched, and winking knowingly at all of the sacred pain and beauty of life… in the here and now.

Meg here.
Can I tell you a story?

The god of my childhood was someone (specifically, an old bearded white man in the sky watching my every move) to fear. But also, I was told that this god loved me… So for better or for worse, love and fear fused together. They stayed that way for a very long time.

As a kid, I remember waking up in the middle of countless nights, and praying excessively on my knees to be “saved” so that I wouldn’t go to hell. I remember feeling shame and guilt every day, because I didn’t measure up.

I remember hearing from people in power that there was nothing good about me, aside from this faith. I remember being told that because of how I move in the world — as a girl — I would never have significant impact.

I remember suppressing my seeker self and all her sacred questions. I remember never fully living, because my faith wouldn’t allow it. I remember truly believing that human experiences of joy and pleasure were wrong.

And here’s the really hard part…

I remember repeating these messages to others.

Eeeek.

I also remember the moments I realized I was going to have to ditch this god, because I just couldn’t sacrifice myself anymore. I wanted to follow the divine nudge to discover my own expansive heart-filled self, and I knew I couldn’t do it in that context anymore. It was time to leave.

With the help of so many Earth angels and companions, I did it! I stepped out of the restrictive box that religious experience had become. It was both the absolute hardest and best thing I ever did.

And the story doesn’t end there. When I gave up that old god, the new Divine could meet me. Slowly but surely, and painfully but beautifully, we are both new now.

You might even say “born again”.

And ever since, I’ve been stepping out of box after box - sometimes with trepidation - but always with inner knowing and courage.

And you know what? I am left feeling renewed, invigorated, and filled with mystic wondering. I found peace with all those old boxes and even some appreciation. Can you believe that?

I can find meaning in this holy moment, no matter how hard, and I know I am always supported. I sense the Divine everywhere — all the time - all around me, in and through me. I am able to trust intuitively and implicitly.

I now know that it is my life’s work to help others heal from the pain of too small boxes and embody their own sacred self.
